Have you ever watched your child sleep? I do it a lot. I walk past their rooms and I can't help but stop and just watch as they lie peacefully dreaming. I wonder what their dreams are like. Are they replaying the game of hopscotch, or handball? Are they thinking about their spelling test that's coming up? Are they dreaming of fairies and waterfalls? I hope it's of something sweet and soothing. It always looks like it.
